Requirements
Must-Have Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge and hand-on experience with Manhattan WMOS 2020, Manhattan SaaS TMS, Manhattan SCI
Problem-Solving Skills: Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering effective and sustainable solutions.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Customer-Centric Approach: Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and contribute to a positive and production work culture.
Documentation Skills: Proficient in creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for support processes and technical configurations.
Good-to-Have
Prior-experience in Customer facing roles will be an added advantage
Prior experience working in production support workplace and implementation projects.
