Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a agile and results-driven Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by identifying current business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to close deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities,



and market conditions

Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in sales or a similar role (freshers can be considered for junior roles)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
