-Lead and manage the branch sales team to achieve business targets for Micro LAP.

-Ensure effective lead management, follow-ups, and conversion of prospects into disbursals.

-Build and maintain solid relationships with customers, channel partners, and key stakeholders to ensure consistent business growth.

-Monitor branch operations, including credit quality, TAT adherence, and customer satisfaction.

-Identify and develop local business opportunities, cross-sell banking products, and enhance branch profitability.

-Coordinate with the credit and operations team for smooth loan processing and timely disbursal.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

-Solid understanding of mortgage products preferred Micro LAP.

-Valuable market intelligence and local area knowledge.

-Ability to work under pressure and meet business targets.

Excellent sales, leadership, and team management skills.
