We are looking for an experienced Non-Profit Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for NGOs, foundations, social impact organizations, and development sector clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a robust background in hiring across the non-profit domain.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, and networking.
Hire for roles across NGOs, CSR, education, healthcare, livelihoods, and social impact sectors.
Coordinate interviews with clients and candidates.
Screen resumes and assess candidates' technical and behavioral fit.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for non-profit positions.
Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely stakeholder communication.
Meet monthly hiring targets and maintain recruitment reports.
Requirements
3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the Non-Profit/NGO sector.
Strong understanding of development sector hiring.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
