Key responsibilities
Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis.
Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and stakeholders.
Create user personas, user flows, customer journey maps, and information architecture.
Design wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and interactive user experiences.
Perform usability testing and incorporate feedback into design improvements.
Develop and maintain design systems and UX standards.
Collaborate with UI designers and developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Analyze user behavior and product performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and UX best practices.
Advocate for the end-user throughout the product development lifecycle.

Required Qualification
3+ years of experience in UX Design or a similar role.




Robust portfolio demonstrating UX process, problem-solving, and design thinking skills.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar.
Understanding of user-centered design principles and usability methodologies.
Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
Solid communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in Agile/Scrum settings.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts.
Experience with design systems and component libraries.
Certification in UX/UI Design or Human-Centered Design is an advantage.
