Required Skills
58 years of experience in mechanical design and design support.
Solid hands-on experience with Creo and Siemens NX.
Valuable understanding of mechanical design principles and product development processes.
Sound knowledge of manufacturing processes, including machining, sheet metal, welding, casting, and assembly.
Proficient in GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) with practical application experience.
Positive knowledge of ASME Y14.5 standards.
Familiarity with AWS welding standards and interpretation of welding symbols.
Ability to prepare and review engineering drawings, 3D models, and manufacturing documentation.
Experience in design reviews, tolerance stack-up, and resolving manufacturing/design issues.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred
Experience working with cross-functional manufacturing and quality teams.
Exposure to PLM/PDM systems.
Experience in engineering change management (ECN/ECR).
