Role & responsibilities :-

DG (Diesel Generator) Maintenance
Perform routine inspection, operation, and preventive maintenance of DG sets.
Monitor fuel levels, coolant systems, batteries, and lubrication systems.
Troubleshoot DG electrical and mechanical faults.
Maintain DG logbooks and service records.
Coordinate with vendors for annual maintenance and repairs.

UPS Maintenance
Operate and maintain UPS systems and battery banks.
Monitor UPS load, performance, and backup availability.
Conduct battery health checks and replacement activities.
Diagnose and resolve UPS alarms and faults.
Ensure uninterrupted power supply to critical equipment.

Transformer Maintenance
Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance of transformers.
Monitor transformer oil levels, temperature, and overall performance.
Check for abnormal noise, overheating, or leakage.
Coordinate testing such as IR,



oil testing, and earth resistance measurements.
Maintain transformer maintenance records.

Electrical Maintenance
Maintenance of LT panels, MCCs, switchgears, circuit breakers, and cabling.
Carry out electrical fault finding and rectification.
Ensure proper grounding and electrical safety compliance.
Support electrical installation and modification projects.
Perform routine checks of lighting and power distribution systems.

Safety & Compliance
Follow electrical safety procedures and permit-to-work systems.
Ensure compliance with statutory and company safety standards.
Use appropriate PPE during maintenance activities.
Report unsafe conditions and incidents promptly.
