Role: Paint Process Manager
Job Location: Thiruvallur-Plant
Mode of work: WFO
Experience: 8+ Years
Extensive experience in paint application processes, preferably in automotive, aerospace, or industrial coatings
Solid knowledge of paint chemistry, application methods (spray, dip, etc.), and equipment.
Experience with automated painting systems, robotic painting, and CAD software for designing painting processes is a plus.
Solid background in lean manufacturing, risk management, and quality tools.
Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO 9001, TS16949, or similar certifications.
Excellent project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing certifications.
