Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in development, configuration, customization, integrations, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. Current market JDs commonly seek multi-module experience across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, ITAM, CSM, SecOps and GRC.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications.
Work on ITSM modules Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog and Knowledge Management.
Exposure to ITOM/CMDB Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CSDM and CI relationships.
Experience with HRSD, ITAM (HAM/SAM), CSM, SecOps or GRC/IRM is an advantage.
Develop using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies/Actions and ACLs.




Build workflows and automation using Flow Designer / IntegrationHub.
Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server and third-party systems.
Participate in requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment and production support.
Follow ServiceNow best practices and ITIL processes.
