Responsibilities
Develop and support mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, DB2, and CICS.
Work on system architecture design, documentation, and solution assessment.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, including batch and online systems.
Participate in Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.
Provide technical support for deployments, escalations, and production issues.
Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
Perform root cause analysis and implement workarounds/fixes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams during stand-ups and delivery cycles.
