We are looking for a skilled and hardworking Commi 2 to join our kitchen team. The candidate will assist senior chefs in food preparation, maintain kitchen hygiene, and ensure smooth daily kitchen operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist CDP and senior chefs with daily food preparation.
Prepare ingredients, sauces, marinades, and basic dishes as instructed.
Follow standard recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation and kitchen.
Ensure proper storage and handling of food items.
Check the quality and freshness of ingredients.
Follow food safety and kitchen SOPs.
Support the team during busy service periods.
Minimize food wastage and maintain proper portion control.
Ensure all kitchen equipment and utensils are cleaned and properly maintained.
