Roles & Responsibilities
Lead the Finance & Accounts function across and providing strategic financial leadership and supporting key business decisions.
Manage, mentor, and develop the Finance & Accounts team, ensuring timely and accurate execution of accounting operations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, petty cash, employee reimbursements, vendor payments, banking transactions, reconciliations, statutory filings, and financial reporting.
Oversee budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, treasury, cash flow management, working capital, and fund allocation across both businesses.
Prepare and review monthly MIS reports, financial statements, cash flow reports, Revenue, EBITDA, Gross Margin, Net Margin, Overheads,



and variance analysis to provide meaningful business insights.
Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing, along with accurate maintenance of books of accounts.
Establish and strengthen accounting policies, internal financial controls, governance frameworks, SOPs, and financial reporting processes.
Partner with Sales, Procurement, Operations, HR, and other business functions to improve profitability, optimize costs, and enhance commercial decision-making.
Oversee direct and indirect taxation, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, advance tax, statutory returns, annual filings, reconciliations, assessments, and related compliances.
Review and approve payroll in coordination with the HR team, ensuring accurate salary processing, statutory deductions, Full & Final settlements, reimbursements, and effective management of the payroll partner.
