Job Description

We are looking for a Legal Officer to manage day-to-day legal, contractual and compliance matters of the company.

Key Responsibilities
Draft and review business agreements, contracts, NDAs and Terms & Conditions.
Handle legal notices, complaints and commercial disputes.
Review vendor, supplier, franchise, customer and employee agreements.
Support HR in employee-related legal and labour matters.
Maintain company legal documents and records.
Track licences, registrations, renewals and legal compliances.
Coordinate with external advocates and legal authorities.
Assist management in identifying and reducing legal risks.
Handle basic cyber, online transaction and documentation-related legal matters.




Provide legal support for day-to-day business operations.

Eligibility
LLB from a recognized university is mandatory.
LLM / PG Diploma in Business Law, Corporate Law or Labour Law preferred.
1–3 years of relevant corporate/business legal experience preferred.
Freshers with robust legal drafting and research skills may also apply.
