Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate recent business enquiries.
Promote fastener manufacturing machines and copper wire products.
Follow up with existing and potential customers through calls and WhatsApp.
Understand customer requirements and share relevant product information.
Generate leads and maintain proper records of calls, enquiries and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the sales team and forward qualified enquiries for further discussion.
Regularly follow up with customers until the enquiry is converted or closed.
Maintain good communication and qualified relationships with customers.

Requirements:
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Confident and comfortable making outbound calls.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp.
Sales/telecalling experience will be an advantage.
Freshers with positive communication skills can also apply.

Preferred Candidate:
Someone who is confident, energetic, target-oriented and willing to learn about industrial machinery and products.
