Job description:

We Are Hiring for Telecalling Team Leaders

Job Role:
Handle and manage the telecalling team
Train and guide telecallers to achieve better performance
Support the team in customer conversion and follow-ups
Maintain reports and share daily updates with management
Motivate the team and ensure productivity
Coordinate between management and telecalling executives

Responsibilities:




Ensure the team follows company scripts and guidelines
Coordinate with backend teams for service closure
Monitor team performance
Attend regular meetings scheduled by the company
Guide and support the team for smooth service delivery
Use the company application and calling system for services
Maintain proper communication with customers and avoid false information
Follow company instructions and work timelines strictly
Review team call records and reports when required

Work Details:
Work from Office

Experience : 2+Years of experience in telecalling
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Work Timing: 10.00 AM to 5.30 PM
