Role Description

This is a full time, in office role for a Senior UI/UX Designer based at our Gurugram office. The Senior UI/UX Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and creating user-centered interfaces and experiences. Daily tasks include designing mockups, building prototypes, working on visual and user experience designs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure designs support overall business goals.

The designer will also have a role in improving design processes and maintaining the company's focus on providing best-in-class user interfaces and experiences.

Qualifications





- Experience with creating Mockups, Visual Design, and Prototyping
- 6-7 years of experience with UI/UX Designing
- Proficiency in User Experience Design (UED) methodologies and tools
- Knowledge of Front-End Development to bridge the gap between design and implementation
- Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities
- Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- Experience in designing for digital platforms is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs using Figma
- Collaborate with senior designers and developers during execution
- Maintain design systems and ensure consistency across platforms
- Support user research and usability testing initiatives
