About the Role

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer with 3+ years of experience in designing intuitive, engaging, and user-centric digital products. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in user experience design, user interface design, wireframing, prototyping, design systems, and responsive web and mobile application design.

The candidate will work closely with product managers, business analysts, developers, and clients to understand requirements and translate them into effective and visually consistent digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web applications, mobile applications, dashboards, and enterprise software products.
- Understand business and user requirements and translate them into user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Create responsive designs that provide a consistent experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Develop interactive prototypes to communicate user journeys, interactions, and design concepts to clients and development teams.
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability analysis to identify opportunities for improving the overall user experience.
- Create and maintain design systems, reusable components, UI patterns, typography, color systems, and design guidelines.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and provide design specifications and assets required for development.
- Review implemented interfaces and collaborate with development teams to maintain visual consistency and design quality.




- Participate in client discussions, requirement workshops, design reviews, and presentations.
- Continuously evaluate existing products and recommend UI/UX improvements based on user feedback, analytics, and industry trends.
- Maintain organized design files and ensure consistency across multiple products and platforms.

Required Skills

- 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
- Strong hands-on experience with Figma and other modern UI/UX design tools.
- Excellent understanding of UX principles, user journeys, information architecture, interaction design, and usability.
- Strong visual design skills with a good understanding of typography, color, spacing, layout, grids, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Experience designing responsive web applications and native or cross-platform mobile applications.
- Good understanding of design systems, reusable components, and design consistency.
- Ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into simple and intuitive user experiences.
- Solid attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across screens and products.




- Good understanding of modern web and mobile design patterns and accessibility principles.

Preferred Skills

- Experience designing SaaS, enterprise applications, eCommerce platforms, healthcare applications, or other complex digital products.
- Experience working with design systems and component libraries.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive web development concepts.
- Experience collaborating with Agile development teams.
- Experience conducting usability testing and incorporating user feedback into designs.
- Familiarity with AI-powered design and productivity tools for research, ideation, prototyping, and design workflows.
- Experience presenting design concepts and solutions directly to clients and stakeholders.
