We're hiring a Senior Trade Show Sales Expert to drive exhibitor sales across a diverse portfolio of international trade shows — fully remote, fully global.

The role

You won't be selling one show. You'll be the sales engine behind a rotating portfolio of international trade shows across industries and regions — working the expodiscover platform, your own network, and the global exhibitor market to fill floor plans and grow rebooking rates show after show.

What you'll own

- Exhibitor acquisition, end-to-end — from first outreach to signed contract, for multiple international shows in parallel
- A global prospect map — identify, qualify, and approach exhibitors across markets, industries, and time zones
- Organizer relationships — work directly with show organizers as their extended sales arm: pricing, floor plan strategy, availability, upsells
- The rebooking machine — turn one-time exhibitors into repeat exhibitors; renewal rate is your reputation
- Pipeline discipline — every conversation, objection, and stage recorded and reported; you forecast like a professional because you are one




- Market intelligence — feed the platform team what exhibitors actually ask for, so the product gets sharper every month

Who you are

- 5+ years of proven, verifiable record in trade show sales and exhibitor management — you've carried a number, hit it, and can prove it
- You've sold booth space, sponsorships, or exhibitor packages for international trade shows — and you understand the rhythm of the business: early-bird deadlines, floor-plan pressure, last-minute closes
- You bring a real network of exhibitor and organizer contacts — and the judgment to grow it, not burn it
- Fluent English — non-negotiable. You negotiate, present, and close in it. German, Arabic, Hindi, or Mandarin are reliable bonus points
- Remote-native: you manage your own pipeline, calendar, and follow-ups across time zones without supervision
- Comfortable selling through a platform, not just a phone — CRM discipline is second nature
