About the Role

Travel Luxis is looking for a Senior Travel Consultant – B2B with strong experience in handling B2B travel business, travel agents, and international holiday requirements.

The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of travel products, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to independently manage B2B queries from enquiry to booking confirmation. Experience in the Thailand travel market will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle B2B travel enquiries from travel agents and business partners.
- Manage FIT, GIT, MICE, and customized holiday requirements.
- Prepare competitive quotations and customized travel itineraries.
- Handle hotel, tour, transfer, sightseeing, and activity bookings.
- Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, DMCs, and internal operations teams.
- Follow up with travel agents and ensure timely conversion of enquiries.
- Handle amendments, cancellations, reconfirmations, and booking issues.
- Negotiate rates and ensure commercially viable packages.
- Maintain strong relationships with B2B travel agents and partners.
- Ensure accurate booking documentation and timely communication.




- Resolve client and agent queries professionally and efficiently.
- Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.

Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in the travel industry.
- Solid B2B travel experience is mandatory.
- Experience handling travel agents, corporate clients, or B2B partners.
- Good knowledge of international/domestic holiday packages.
- Thailand market experience will be highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of hotels, tours, transfers, sightseeing, and travel products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
- Strong negotiation, sales, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to independently handle B2B enquiries from quotation to confirmation.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets.
- Target-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced travel environment.
- Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.
