Job Title: Senior Recruiter – IT/Technology Hiring

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter with strong experience in end-to-end IT/Technology hiring, who can independently manage stakeholders, drive hiring plans, and deliver quality closures at pace. The role requires excellent sourcing depth across technical skill sets, solid stakeholder management, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT/Technology roles (intake to closure)
- Partner with engineering, delivery, and business stakeholders to build hiring plans and role scorecards
- Source, screen, and assess candidates across technical skill sets (dev, QA, infra, data, cloud, etc. as applicable)
- Drive interview scheduling, feedback loops, and offer rollouts with speed and quality
- Manage candidate pipeline tracking, funnel metrics, and reporting discipline
- Provide market insights on talent availability, skill benchmarking, and compensation trends
- Ensure strong candidate experience and stakeholder satisfaction throughout the hiring cycle




- Support and mentor junior recruiters where applicable

What We're Looking For

- 5–8 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on IT/Technology hiring
- Proven end-to-end hiring experience — not sourcing alone
- Hands-on experience hiring for technical roles (software engineering, QA, DevOps, data, cloud, etc.)
- Strong stakeholder management skills; comfortable engaging with hiring managers and business leaders independently
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and candidate engagement skills
- Working knowledge of ATS/LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean sourcing techniques
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Prior experience mentoring junior recruiters is a plus

Background preference: Candidates from product companies, startups, or small/boutique IT services firms preferred. This role requires full-cycle ownership (not just sourcing/screening), so exposure to structured, high-accountability hiring environments matters more than scale of prior organization.
