Role & responsibilities :

We are hiring an experienced Senior Technical Consultant (ServiceNow) for a 6-month consulting engagement based in Mumbai. The role demands deep technical proficiency across ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and core platform capabilities, with specific execution focus on CMDB health, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, HAM, and SAM.

Key Engagement Details:

- Role: Senior Technical Consultant (STC) ServiceNow
- Experience Required: 5+ Years
- Compensation / Rate: Up to 1.6 Lakhs Per Month (LPM)
- Engagement Duration: 6 Months (Extendable based on project scope)
- Effort Commitment: ~768 Hours (32 Hours/Week)
- Joining: Immediate / ASAP
- Work Mode & Location: Hybrid (4 Days/Week in office at client office in Mumbai Chandivali / Malad / BKC)

Key Responsibilities:

- ITOM Implementation & Configuration: Design, implement, and maintain Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management workflows to build and sustain an accurate, business-aligned CMDB.
- CMDB Health & Governance: Establish and enforce CMDB data models (CSDM), identification and reconciliation rules (IRE), and continuous data integrity audits.
- ITAM Execution: Configure and support Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) modules, including lifecycle tracking, normalization, and license compliance modeling.
- ITSM & Platform Engineering:



Architect and build custom workflows, business rules, script includes, client scripts, UI policies, Flow Designer flows, and REST/SOAP API integrations.
- Client Advisory & Delivery: Act as the primary technical advisor on-site, translating complex client business requirements into scalable technical architectures while ensuring best-practice alignment.
- Testing & Troubleshooting: Lead platform technical troubleshooting, performance optimization, root-cause analysis, and release/upgrade management.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience: 5+ years of dedicated technical development, design, and consulting experience on the ServiceNow platform.
- Core Technical Stack: Advanced expertise across ITSM, ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management), ITAM (HAM, SAM), and CMDB / CSDM.
- Scripting & Integration: Strong proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and Flow Designer.
- Certifications (Preferred): Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS in Discovery, Service Mapping, SAM, or ITSM), or CAD.
- Location & Mobility: Must be currently based in Mumbai (or ready to relocate immediately) and comfortable working 4 days/week on-site across Chandivali, Malad, or BKC offices.
