We are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Manager to lead the onboarding, management, development, and monetization of a strong portfolio of non-tech creators and influencers, specifically across Lifestyle, Fashion, Beauty, Food, and FMCG categories.

This is a creator-facing and business-oriented role, focused on building meaningful creator relationships, identifying high-potential talent, onboarding creators, and driving commercial opportunities for the talent portfolio.

This is not an HR/Talent Acquisition role.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, evaluate, and onboard relevant creators/influencers across Lifestyle, Fashion, Beauty, Food, and FMCG categories.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with creators and influencers.
- Independently manage a portfolio of creators and act as their primary point of contact.
- Understand each creator's content, audience, engagement, positioning, niche, and commercial potential.
- Develop strategies to grow and monetize the creator portfolio.
- Work closely with the Sales and Brand Partnerships team to identify and convert relevant brand collaboration opportunities.
- Negotiate creator commercials, deliverables, timelines, and campaign terms.
- Ensure creators are aligned with campaign requirements and deliverables.
- Identify emerging and high-potential creators and bring them into the company's talent network.
- Drive creator retention, engagement, and participation in brand campaigns.
- Maintain strong relationships with creators,



agencies, and other stakeholders within the creator ecosystem.
- Track creator performance, revenue contribution, campaign participation, and overall portfolio growth.
- Stay updated on social media trends, creator trends, content formats, and influencer marketing developments.
- Maintain an updated database of creators, including profiles, commercials, performance metrics, and relevant campaign information.
- Contribute to building and strengthening the company's overall creator/talent network.

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years of experience in Talent Management, Creator Management, Influencer Marketing, Artist Management, or a closely related role.
- Strong experience working with non-tech creators/influencers, particularly in Lifestyle, Fashion, Beauty, Food, and FMCG.
- Strong existing network and relationships with creators will be highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of the creator/influencer ecosystem and social media landscape.
- Solid relationship management and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and commercial acumen.
- Ability to identify creators with strong potential and assess their commercial viability.
- Experience managing multiple creators and campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of platforms such as Instagram and YouTube.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the creator portfolio.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
