Drive 7 Cr+ monthly business/disbursement through open-market channels.
Develop and strengthen relationships with DSAs, connectors, builders and other sourcing channels.
Monitor ROI, ticket size, productivity and overall business performance.
Ensure quality sourcing and portfolio growth while maintaining profitability.
Build market presence and identify current business prospects across the state.
Review branch/team performance and drive corrective actions for achieving targets.
