Job Title: Picker & Packer

Job SummaryWe are looking for hardworking and responsible candidates for the Picker & Packer position. The candidate will be responsible for picking products accurately, checking orders, packing items safely, and preparing orders for delivery.
Key ResponsibilitiesPick products according to customer orders using the assigned system/device.
Check product quantity, quality, and expiry dates.
Pack products safely and neatly to avoid damage.
Ensure the correct products are packed for each order.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
Follow company safety and hygiene guidelines.
Complete assigned orders within the required time.
Coordinate with supervisors and other team members.




QualificationsEducation: 10th / 12th pass or equivalent.
Experience: Freshers can apply; experience in warehouse, retail, or logistics is an advantage.
Basic reading and communication skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace.
Physically fit and able to stand/work for extended periods.
Willingness to work in shifts.
