Department: CRM / Customer Support

Experience: 0–6 Years (Pharma experience preferred)
Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries and provide timely support.
Maintain customer records and update the CRM system.
Coordinate with Sales, Dispatch, and Production teams for order status and follow-ups.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare daily MIS reports and follow-up updates.
Maintain robust relationships with clients and distributors.
Required SkillsGood communication and follow-up skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and documentation skills.
Pharma industry experience is mandatory.
