Role & responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 8+ Admissions Executives/Counsellors.
Drive team performance against admissions, conversion, revenue, and productivity targets.
Monitor leads, follow-ups, applications, conversions, and overall admissions pipeline.
Coordinate closely with BDMs, Agents, and internal teams to maximize lead-to-admission conversions.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, coaching, and one-on-one sessions.
Identify performance gaps and implement training and corrective action plans.
Ensure timely, accurate, and professional communication with students and clients.
Handle escalations and resolve client, team, BDM, and Agent-related issues.
Track and analyse KPIs, prepare performance reports, and take corrective actions where required.
Improve team productivity, conversion rates, turnaround times, and overall business performance.
Ensure adherence to company processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements.




Contribute to strategies for business growth, customer satisfaction, and team development.

Preferred candidate profile
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively manage BDMs, Agents, team members, and clients.
Strong people-management and leadership capabilities.
Robust understanding of KPI-driven performance management.
Excellent follow-up, negotiation, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
Target-oriented and commercially driven approach.
Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven workplace.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to analyse performance data and take timely corrective actions.
Confident in handling escalations and resolving team/client-related issues.
Proficiency in MS Office/CRM systems and reporting tools.
