Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting

Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and accounting records.

Perform ledger scrutiny and ensure accuracy of financial transactions.

Prepare Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and other financial reports.

Taxation & Compliance

Assist in the preparation, computation, and timely filing of GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns.

Maintain proper tax-related records and supporting documentation.

Ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements.

Audit Assistance

Support internal and statutory audits by providing required documents and information.

Verify invoices, vouchers, bills, and other accounting documents.

Perform bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.

ERP & Accounting Software Operations

Manage accounting transactions using Tally, Zoho Books,



SAP, or similar ERP/accounting software.

Maintain and update financial data accurately in accounting systems.

Use Advanced MS Excel for MIS reports, reconciliations, data analysis, and financial reporting.

Preferred Skills

Solid knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Positive understanding of GST, TDS, and Income Tax.

Hands-on experience with Tally/ERP systems and Advanced Excel.

Positive analytical and reconciliation skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy.
