We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Service Cloud Specialist to join our team at Forward Eye Technologies. The ideal candidate will have 8 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Salesforce solutions.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce implementations.
Provide training and support to end-users on current Salesforce features and functionality.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce implementation.
Analyze business requirements and provide recommendations for process improvements using Salesforce.
Work closely with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements.

Job Requirements




Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud platform and its applications.
Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Solid problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a robust focus on delivering high-quality results.
Familiarity with e-learning or EdTech industry is an added advantage.
