Job Description
Lead electrical design and engineering activities for hydropower projects.
Prepare and review electrical drawings, SLDs, wiring diagrams, cable schedules, and technical documents.
Coordinate with design, fabrication, production, and project execution teams.
Supervise electrical manufacturing, installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide technical solutions.
Ensure compliance with electrical standards, quality requirements, and safety regulations.
Review technical specifications, BOQs, vendor documents, and customer requirements.
Support customer inspections and project audits.
Monitor project progress, engineering deliverables,



and quality standards.
Lead and mentor junior engineers and technicians.
