We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Plumbing Engineer / Supervisor to oversee plumbing and fire-fighting works across our projects in Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have robust technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage site operations efficiently.
Role & responsibilities
Supervise and manage plumbing and fire-fighting installations at project sites.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and client specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project managers to ensure timely execution.
Conduct inspections, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical guidance to site teams.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, progress reports, and quality checks.
Manage workforce allocation and ensure smooth day-to-day site operations.
Preferred candidate profile
10+ years of experience in plumbing or fire-fighting works.
Solid knowledge of plumbing systems, Installations, and construction practices.
Proven ability to lead teams and manage large-scale projects.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Willingness to work in office and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
