Position: Event Curator

Location: Gurgaon (Work From Office)

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a passionate and creative Event Curator who can understand client requirements, curate memorable event experiences, and ensure seamless planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Understand client requirements and curate personalized event experiences.
Coordinate with clients to finalize themes, décor, catering, entertainment, and venue selection.
Prepare event proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Liaise with vendors, venues, and internal teams for smooth event execution.
Ensure timely planning and flawless coordination before and during events.
Build strong relationships with clients and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Stay updated with the latest event trends, décor concepts, and hospitality standards.
Support the sales team in converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management,



Event Management, or a related field.
Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory.
Strong communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple events simultaneously.
Willingness to work on weekends or holidays as per event schedules.
Preferred Experience
Freshers with a Hotel Management/Event Management background are encouraged to apply.
Candidates with 1–5 years of experience in hotels, luxury hospitality, event management companies, or wedding planning will be preferred.
