Job Responsibilities
Handle leads and convert prospects into site visits and sales.
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable project information.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
Coordinate and manage client site visits.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, visits, and conversions.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client handling.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.

Requirements




45 years of experience in sales/real estate sales.
Personal vehicle is mandatory.
Basic computer knowledge.
Basic English communication skills.
Good command of Hindi language.
Robust communication and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and confident personality.
Willingness to work in a rapid-paced sales environment.

Preferred Profile
