Should be comfortable using up-to-date AI-powered recruitment tools and software.
Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and client specifications.
Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process and coordinate interviews.
Manage candidate documentation and ensure all required documents are collected, verified, and properly maintained.
Oversee recruitment-related procedures from initial sourcing through candidate selection and documentation.
