Admission Counsellor – Job Description

Position: Admission Counsellor

Experience: 1–3 Years

Location: ,(Ghazipur border)

Salary: ₹12,000–₹20,000 per month, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Handle enquiries from students and parents through calls, WhatsApp and walk-ins.
Explain courses, fees, admission process and career opportunities.
Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
Maintain daily follow-up and admission records.
Counsel students according to their educational background and career goals.
Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
Coordinate with the academic and admission teams.
Maintain valuable relationships with students and parents.

Required Skills
Good communication and convincing skills.
Positive knowledge of counselling and sales techniques.
Basic computer/MS Office knowledge.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Good Hindi and English communication skills.
Prior experience in education/admission counselling will be preferred.

Qualification

Graduate in any stream.
