Job Title: FAPA System Service Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:
Installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of Fire Alarm and Public Address (PA) Systems at client sites.
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities as per the AMC schedule.
Diagnose faults and troubleshoot issues related to fire alarm panels, detectors, MCPs, hooters, speakers, amplifiers, and associated equipment.
Attend service calls and emergency breakdowns within the stipulated response time.
Conduct periodic inspections and ensure all systems are functioning in accordance with safety standards and project requirements.
Perform testing of fire alarm devices and PA systems and maintain detailed service records and reports.
Coordinate with clients, site representatives, and vendors regarding maintenance activities and system performance.




Replace defective components and ensure proper restoration of the systems after repairs.
Prepare service reports, inspection checklists, and material requirement requests after every site visit.
Assist in system upgrades, modifications, and expansion activities whenever required.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and statutory regulations while working at sites.
Provide basic operational training and guidance to end users on the functioning of the installed systems.
Maintain tools, testing instruments, and spares required for service activities.
Support the project team during commissioning and handover of newly completed installations.
