ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior/Lead Full Stack Engineer to build and scale core capabilities of an enterprise DEX platform trusted by large enterprise customers, working across C#/.NET on the backend and React with TypeScript on the frontend. You will design APIs, build high-availability database systems, deliver accessible and performant user interfaces, and mentor junior engineers across both disciplines. The role expects active use of AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot as part of the daily engineering workflow.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Build, enhance,



and scale core platform capabilities in C#/.NET;
Define architecture, design, and develop recent backend features and services;
Design and implement common APIs following architecture guidelines and best practices;
Design and build high-availability, high-quality database systems;
Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability using up-to-date tooling and techniques;
Monitor core platform performance and proactively propose improvements;
Ensure backend solutions are secure, reliable, scalable, and efficient;
Develop responsive, accessible, and high-performing user interfaces using React and TypeScript;
Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate designs into production-ready implementation;
Integrate front-end applications with REST/GraphQL APIs, collaborating on API contract design;
Maintain front-end quality through testing, reviews, and best practices;
