We are looking for a proactive Business Operations Manager to manage day-to-day operations across Customer Support, Cold Calling/Telecalling, Lead Management, Seller Onboarding, Events, and internal team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee Customer Support Executive(s)* and ensure customer/seller issues are resolved on time.

Manage Cold Calling/Telecalling Executive(s)*, including lead allocation, call activity, follow-ups, and CRM updates.
Track leads, pending follow-ups, ageing leads, and ensure no important lead remains unattended.
Coordinate seller/client onboarding and track pending requirements.
Maintain task trackers and follow up with internal teams for timely completion.
Identify delays, blockers, and unresolved operational issues and escalate when required.
Coordinate exhibitions, expos, and events, including vendors, stall setup, printing, staffing, and lead capture.




Ensure post-event leads are assigned and followed up.
Coordinate marketing-related operational activities with designers, agencies, and vendors.
Create SOPs, reports, trackers, and weekly management updates.
Required Skills
3–10years of experience in Business Operations, Marketing Management, Buisness Management, B2B Sales Management, Team Management, Technical Creative plans of Marketing and Management
Experience managing a small team.
Robust follow-up and execution skills.
Positive communication and problem-solving ability.
Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
Experience in Client Cordination, Convincing Skills, or event coordination preferred.
Gujarati, Hindi, and English preferred.
