Role & responsibilities

Partner with the leaders to complete the requirements within the

estimated turnaround time.

Review and follow the process flow for sourcing, liaisoning, hiring,

negotiating with candidates. Working with the candidates till they are

onboarded in the company.

Experience in Campus Hiring, candidate mapping.

Looking from EPC or Oil and gas industry.
