About the Role

We are a manufacturer/fabricator of uPVC Windows & Doors and are looking for a motivated B2B Field Sales Executive to develop current business and build relationships with builders, contractors, architects, interior designers and dealers.

Responsibilities
Generate current B2B leads through field visits, calls and referrals
Visit builders, contractors, architects, dealers and project sites
Understand customer requirements and generate quotations
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into orders
Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships
Track sales pipeline and provide regular updates
Coordinate with our team for measurements, quotations, production and delivery
Achieve monthly sales targets

Preferred Candidate
1–3 years of B2B/field sales experience
Experience in uPVC/aluminium windows, glass, hardware, building materials, tiles, plywood, sanitaryware,



interiors or construction products will be preferred
Must have a two-wheeler and be comfortable travelling for customer meetings
Good communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Hindi required; basic English preferred

Compensation

₹15,000–₹23,000 fixed salary + travel allowance + performance-based incentives.

Higher incentives are available for achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Significant

This is a field-sales role, not an office/telecalling job. The candidate will be expected to regularly meet customers and generate business in the field.
