Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in ITSM modules, solid architectural knowledge, and hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems.

Key Responsibilities
10+ years of overall IT experience with solid ServiceNow expertise
Hands-on experience in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
CMDB & CSDM framework
Service Catalog & Flow Designer
Integration Hub & APIs (REST/SOAP)
Performance Analytics
UI Builder / Service Portal.
