Marketing Manager

Experience: 7+ years in Marketing, with 2+ years in a management or quality assurance role.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our India-based marketing team and work closely with the Australian marketing team. The ideal candidate should have robust marketing fundamentals, excellent attention to detail, international brand experience, and hands-on knowledge of AI-powered marketing tools.

Key Responsibilities
Align marketing campaigns and creative output with Australian brand strategy and consumer expectations.
Review and quality-check designs, copy, social media, email, website content, print materials, and paid advertisements.
Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.
Collaborate with the Australian marketing team on briefs, campaigns, timelines, and content strategy.
Introduce and implement AI tools to improve content creation, research, creative production, and workflow efficiency.
Support GEO and AI-search optimization for website and marketing content.




Manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines while maintaining quality.
Provide strategic feedback and ensure continuous improvement in team performance and creative output.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
7+ years of marketing experience with 2+ years in a managerial or QA role.
Mandatory experience working with international/overseas brands, preferably Australian brands.
Robust understanding of branding, consumer behaviour, positioning, segmentation, and digital marketing.
Excellent English communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
Robust attention to detail and quality-control mindset.
Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, or similar platforms.
Experience across digital, social media, print, and campaign development.
Familiarity with project management tools
