Job Summary

The SAP S/4HANA IBP Lead is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing SAP Integrated Business Planning solutions to optimize supply chain and demand planning processes. The role ensures seamless integration between IBP, S/4HANA, and other supply chain systems.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of SAP IBP modules (Demand, Supply, Inventory, Response, SOP).
Gather business requirements and translate them into IBP configuration and design.
Set up time-series and order-based planning models.
Manage integrations between IBP, S/4HANA, and other systems using CPI-DS or other interfaces.
Build and maintain planning views, analytics, and dashboards.
Conduct workshops, user training, and testing.
Provide leadership and best practice guidance for global planning initiatives.

Required Skills




In-depth knowledge of SAP IBP modules and planning processes (forecasting, supply, inventory optimization).
Experience integrating IBP with S/4HANA and external data sources.
Familiarity with CPI-DS, HCI-DS, and Excel planning templates.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or IT.
710 years of SAP supply chain experience, including 3+ years in SAP IBP.
SAP Certified Application Consultant SAP Integrated Business Planning preferred.
Experience leading end-to-end IBP implementations in large enterprises.
