Responsibilities
Roles & Responsibilities
Maintain and manage asset records,



including proper classification and

documentation.
Design, monitor, and maintain tool data, including skew wedges and winding former

designs for LVM applications.
Possess working knowledge of the rotor die-casting process, including destructive

testing and preparation of test reports.
Prepare, update, and maintain work instructions and Process FMEAs.
Plan tooling, patterns, and equipment requirements in coordination with SPR,

aligned with planned and forecasted volumes from BD.
Monitor tool, pattern, and equipment lifecycle, including end-of-life status, and

coordinate timely repairs or replacements with SPR.
Provide technical support to SPR in the selection of appropriate tools, patterns, and

equipment to meet production specifications.
Plan, monitor, review, and support special improvement projects focused on

process optimization, productivity, quality, and facility enhancements at CMPs.
