Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced & detail-oriented Manager to lead our Accounts & Finance function.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial management, ensuring statutory compliance, & guiding a team of finance specialists.
This is a critical leadership role that supports decision-making & ensures fiscal discipline across the organization.

Qualifications & Experience
Inter CA ( Must) with 8 + Years of Experience in a manufacturing setup




Proficiency in MS Excel & Tally ERP / SAP accounting software.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, & accounting standards.
Positive analytical, communication, & documentation skills.
Ability to work independently, handle pressure, & meet deadlines.
Hands-on experience in handling audits, compliance, & banking coordination.

Preferred Profile
Candidates with prior experience in the banking sector, preferably ex-bankers, will be given preference.
Experience in handling Banking Operations, Loan Documentation, Fund Management, LC (Letter of Credit), BG (Bank Guarantees), & coordination with banks is highly desirable.
Robust understanding of banking processes & Financial Transactions

Balance Sheet Preparation
Prepare monthly, quarterly, & annual balance sheets.
Ensure accuracy & compliance with accounting standards & regulatory requirements.
