Key Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care as per the prescribed treatment plan.
Monitor patients' health and vital signs.
Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and other nursing procedures.
Perform wound dressing, catheter care, feeding tube care, and other clinical interventions as required.
Educate patients and caregivers on home care and medication management.
Maintain accurate patient records and timely documentation.
Report any changes in the patient's condition to the clinical team.
Follow infection control and patient safety protocols.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
