Your role

As a Manager-Digital Services, your mission is to serve as a strategic pillar for Atlas Copco Group's global digital communications, managing Brand Studio's digital marketing and social media services. You will report to the General Manager.

About the Role:

Social Media Management:
Design and execute global social media strategies (organic/paid) for customers and internal stakeholders, including content calendars, platform-specific engagement frameworks, and crisis communication protocols.
Leverage tools like Sprout Social, Sprinklr for sentiment analysis, community moderation, advocacy, and real-time performance tracking.

Digital Marketing Services:
Oversee multi-channel campaigns (PPC, email marketing, remarketing) with a focus on B2B lead generation, conversion optimization, and marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo).
Implement ROI measurement frameworks to align campaign outcomes with KPIs such as CAC reduction,



CTR improvement, and revenue attribution.

SEO & Emerging Technologies:
Spearhead technical SEO audits, multilingual/local SEO strategies for, and voice search optimization to enhance SERP rankings for our customers globally.
Integrate AI-driven tools (e.g., content ideation, predictive analytics, automation) to streamline workflows.

Operational Governance & Team management
Team Management: Lead and mentor a cross-functional team (Social media specialists, Digital marketing specialists, SEO analysts) through Agile workflows, quarterly OKRs, and performance reviews, also responsible for the training and competence development for team members.
Partner with key global stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and prioritize strategic prospects that drive the growth, innovation, and expansion of digital marketing services.
