Senior ServiceNow ITOM / CMDB Developer

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow ITOM / CMDB Developer with strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow CMDB, ITOM, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CSDM .

The role will focus on designing, configuring, developing, and troubleshooting ServiceNow solutions, including CMDB data models, CI relationships, Discovery, Service Mapping, MID Servers, CMDB Health, IRE, Event Management, alert correlation, and infrastructure/service dependencies .

The candidate should have strong experience with ServiceNow integrations and development , including REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, Scripted REST APIs, Business Rules,



Script Includes, Data Sources, Import Sets, Transform Maps, and JavaScript . Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise monitoring platforms such as SolarWinds, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk, Current Relic, or similar tools is preferred.

Candidates should have 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience with practical implementation experience across ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and ServiceNow integrations .

Work type: Remote support role

Required availability ( between 6:30 PM to 2:30 AM) IST, for 4-5 hrs daily

US shift (generally till 12:30 AM IST sometimes meeting can happen till 2:30 AM)
