Insight Global is seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to support a large-scale AI & Data Governance organization. This individual will serve as the Agile delivery lead across multiple product workstreams, partnering closely with Product Owners, Engineering teams, Architects, and business stakeholders to drive predictable software delivery and continuous improvement.

This role is ideal for a Scrum Master who thrives in complex enterprise environments, has experience supporting globally distributed engineering teams, and can effectively facilitate Agile delivery across AI, Data, Analytics, Machine Learning, and Governance-focused initiatives.

Responsibilities

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Support delivery execution across multiple Agile product teams simultaneously
- Track sprint health, velocity, burn-down metrics, and delivery performance
- Identify and remove delivery impediments while proactively managing risks and dependencies
- Partner with Product Owners to maintain healthy, prioritized backlogs
- Coordinate cross-functional activities among Engineering, Product, Architecture, and Business teams
- Create and deliver executive-level status reporting and stakeholder communications
- Maintain Agile metrics, dashboards, reporting, and governance artifacts within Jira
- Drive Agile best practices and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure transparency across delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and key decisions
- Support globally distributed teams, with significant collaboration across both U.S. and India-based resources

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of Scrum Master experience supporting software product development teams
- Scrum certification such as CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM), or equivalent




- Experience supporting multiple Agile teams and product workstreams concurrently
- Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Expert-level experience with Jira, Agile reporting, dashboards, and delivery metrics
- Proven experience working within large, matrixed enterprise environments
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience supporting globally distributed engineering teams
- Ability to collaborate across both U.S. Eastern Time (ET) and India Standard Time (IST) schedules

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, Data Governance, Data Management, Analytics, or Data Platform initiatives
- Experience supporting AI Governance, Responsible AI, Risk, Compliance, or Regulatory programs
- Familiarity with MLOps, Data Engineering, or enterprise AI product development
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale product organizations
- Protected or scaled Agile environment experience
