Role Description The Senior SAP FICO Analyst II is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon. This role is responsible for leading the design, configuration, and support of SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling.

The analyst collaborates with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and implement solutions that support financial processes and compliance. Daily activities include system configuration, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, testing,



documentation, and end-user support. The role also involves driving process improvements, coordinating with cross-functional SAP teams, supporting integration with other modules, and contributing to training and knowledge transfer for key users.

Qualifications

- Robust SAP FICO expertise, including configuration and support of core financial and controlling modules.
- Solid understanding of financial accounting principles, management reporting, and compliance requirements.
- Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Proficiency in testing, issue resolution, documentation, and end-user training within SAP environments.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Relevant academic background in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related discipline; professional certifications in SAP FICO are an advantage.
- Experience in large-scale SAP implementations or support environments, preferably in complex or multi-entity organizations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in an on-site setting in Gurgaon.
