Job Title: Senior SAP Customer Data Platform (CDP) Consultant

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Customer Data Platform (CDP) Consultant with 6+ years of overall experience and strong hands-on experience in SAP CDP implementations. Candidates should have successfully delivered at least 2–3 end-to-end SAP CDP implementation projects and possess strong expertise in customer data management, identity resolution, data integration, segmentation, and activation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and execute SAP CDP implementation projects from requirement gathering through deployment and post-go-live support.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand customer data, segmentation, personalization, and activation requirements.
- Configure and manage SAP Customer Data Platform capabilities based on business requirements.
- Design and implement customer data ingestion and integration from SAP and non-SAP source systems.
- Work on customer identity resolution, profile unification, data harmonization, and consent management.
- Develop and manage customer segments/audiences for marketing and business use cases.




- Configure customer data activation and integration with downstream applications and marketing platforms.
- Integrate SAP CDP with relevant SAP Customer Experience / SAP Marketing / SAP Commerce / SAP S/4HANA and third-party systems.
- Troubleshoot data ingestion, integration, identity matching, and activation issues.
- Participate in solution design, technical discussions, testing, UAT, deployment, and production support.
- Prepare technical and functional documentation, mapping specifications, and implementation guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SAP CX, Marketing, Data, Integration, and Business teams.

Required Skills:

- 6+ years of overall IT experience with strong relevant experience in SAP CDP.
- Minimum 2–3 SAP CDP implementation projects with hands-on involvement.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Customer Data Platform architecture and capabilities.
- Experience with customer profile management, identity resolution, customer data unification, segmentation, and activation.
- Robust experience in data integration and API-based integrations.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, data mapping, and integration concepts
